There's no doubt that a lot of Doors stuff is straight up rock n roll...no denying that, Grand Ranger. but i'm just not comfortable with leaving them just w/ that label, because they push the boundaries and in many instances they drift from the straight rock formula.

when i think of "straight up rock n roll", i think of a band like Led Zeppelin
