Hmm...
Pain after an injury? Then I'll have to go with an unpleasant experience on a camping in the Dordogne, France. Our caravan was placed in a valley, and the public bathrooms were up the hill - a very steep one, with a lot of gravel and shingle on it. When you're 8 years old, racing off that hill is a very cool experience, so I always excellerated a little of my own as well on my way down (not just gravity, I mean

). Mighty experience, until... Well you can guess it.
I slipped and rolled down the hill the hard way... There was a large hole in my right arm, and I had to go to a hospital for someone to remove the pebbles from it and stitch the wound. That was all 3 days since the beginning of my vacation, so the rest of it I was "punished" for my reckless acts, because with the stitched wound, I couldn't ride my bike, swim or do anything an 8-year old loves to do. One of the most boring vacations of my life.
