I was a bit unimpressed by it though. I also was unimpressed by the fact you need to buy Quicktime pro to view the high quality version.

BTW if you want to keep a copy, you have to turn you computer off manually (i.e. not through windows), then find the temporary file and rename it *.mov. This stops it being deleted when you close explorer. There is probably a safer and less 'gung-ho' way of doing it, but hey it works. This also lets you view it full screen not the default size, which you have to squint to see any detail.
