Our License was $199 for a life-time license, but only 1 year worth of upgrades. It's worth it to me, because if UBB doesn't have a feature I like, I can go download a 'mod' and insert it (Gotta know SOME programming and c&p knowledge) and there are TONS of features to add into this forum software--the MOST of any software in fact.
