I believe that there is, simply because of the reason that God would never create a universe this vast and populate it with only one intelligent species, and in the case that God does not exist, the mere statistic improbability of only one intelligent lifeform having evolved in such a huge universe.
2)Do any of you believe we have been visited by said life?
Nope, if we had they would either have destroyed us, enslaved us or allied themselves with us openly.
3)Do any of you believe that there is a conspiracy in the world's Gov'ts to keep this hush-hush?
Of course not, such stuff is X-files only.
4) What would be the reason for this conspiracy?
No reason to answer this one since there isn't any conspiracy.
