1. Giving Adalon her eggs back
2. Killing the Matron Mother
3. Killing Adalon and using the scroll she drops
4. Becoming Drow and convincing the guards to open it for you (You need a very high CHA for this, though)

I was never able to pickpocket Adalon, for anything.
