Present and Accounted forrrrrrrr SIR!

Just a question. How can we stop clan spam and such being spread to other threads and such? I mean I have tried to stop it now but I dont check every thread so I mean if that happens and I only find out about it later when i get in trouble

how can I stop it in the first place. But that aside I will try my utmost to follow out those guidelines
