To Psyon: have you patched the game? The patch really solves many problems. You can download it at:

Make sure you get the right version (US/Canada or the European one). If you already have this patch, I wouldn't know what to do. I assume you haven't been messing with the game files or something?

To Yofoodog: DT is east of the Nashkel Carnival. You can enter it by travelling east from that map.
