The human flesh armour can be completed if you have an evil party; just follow the directions on the note you picked up in there.
The body is unrelated to this quest... go to the docks; go down to the South West, to a big orange mansion (flagged on your map as the Galvarey estate), and talk to the guy standing at the door. [img]smile.gif[/img]
