Druids max at 14 (without ToB) cos Bioware coudnt figure out how to implement their level 15 abilites without unbalancing the game. I have never leveled a druid past 14 so i cant say what those abilities are. This is in the readme somewhere.

Takes long time before they even approach to be a good character, plus that you cant get the Druid-stronghold unless you're level 14.
