wouldnt being forced to donate to a charity just because your boss wants you to just defeat the purpose pretty much? chances are its going to a corrupt charity, and it really takes away from feeling good about your donation. if i were gonna give money to anyone, i would prefer for it to be my choice instead of the choice of the 'big guy'.
