There are three of them. This is what they are:
Inventory - what icon your weapon will have in your inventory screens. This will always start with an I. Your best bet is to find an existing item using Shadowkeeper and look for an icon you like (or use the item bank and put an I in front of the code).
Ground - what your item will look like on the ground. You are limited to a few choices here - it will either look like a sword, an axe, a hammer, a piece of armor, etc. Check what the basic weapon types have or use Shadowkeeper.
Description icon - what your icon will look like in the description screen. Again, use an existing weapon's description.
Destroyed - as above, except for destroyed status.
Your best bet, rather than starting from scratch, is really to open up an existing magic sword (you can use Shadowkeeper to export the .itm file into your override so you can then open it using IEEP). That way all the details are already there, you are just modifying them.
