I, like you, tend to be more nocturnal than diurnal...my best work I do during the evening hours. I also prefer autumn and winter, when the hours of daylight are shorter.

If I get more than six-seven hours a night, my body clock goes back to sleep and I feel more tired when I do get up. Strange, huh!
