When I soloed BG2 with my sorcerer (no Throne of Bhaal installed, didn't exist back then
), he was wearing a cloak of mirroring... All the Abi Dalzim's Horrid Wiltings were mirrored back to the caster. And there was a quest somewhere (the human flesh armor one IIRC) when 3 or 4 mages teleport in and all start throwing Abi Dalzim's Horrid Wilting at you... Shortest. Battle. Ever.
Pity Cloak of Mirroring was changed in ToB, though... It was a wee bit too powerful.
