The Dwarf Throwing Thread? It was in the BG2 forum or in the GD forum and it was SO funny, it was all about attacking by throwing dwarves, launching gnomes, flinging halflings and shooting minotaurs, it ranged from everything about which species was the most useful as ammo for a long-ranged attack to strategies that involved lighting the beards of dwarves on fire and giving them spiked armor on before launching them at your foes, how to use halflings as decoys or detonating gnomes as bombs, man, that was a funny thread, could someone try locating it?
