Going to have Texas-style barbecue tonight!
I'm cooking ribs on the outdoor grill (assuming it doesn't rain!)
Tomorrow we're going to the State Fair of Texas in Dallas, so I plan to at least have a Fletcher's corny dog, among an assortment of great junk.
