Ach!!! Never like that nasty Cream-O-Wheat!!! My Mom tried to get me to eat it (figuring if I liked grits, I should like CoW - NOPE). But for some odd reason, I do like a GOOD bowl-o-grits from time to time. With cheese - even better.
The grits have to be cooked right, though, so I only eat them at home where I can be sure 1. They are cooked until soft and 2. aren't instant. Instant grits are just NASTY.
BTW - I've lurked around the rest of the site and I must say that I think it's great that you want to do what you already do. You are a fantastic graphics artist. I'm impressed (and I'm highly critical - so that's a compliment).
