I posted mine last night. I scanned your average 3"ish by 5"ish picture. Then chose the option to upload "one picture at a time". A couple of mine ended up being fairly large files and they took several minutes, but they uploaded ok. Then, in the middle of the night, the Picture Fairy came in and fixed the two that were too large.

If you have some Senior pics that are wallet size to 3x5 or so, they should be fine.
