It's a program that lets you edit pretty much anything as far as party members and their inventory is concerned.
Stats, exp points, gold, weapons, inventory, you name it you can probably change it with SK.
Of course, it allows one to *gasp*
cheat by giving your PC all 18 in stats and 100,000 gold.
Others use it to 'correct' their party especially when the main character is imported from BG1.

Here's a friendly warning - always back up your saves before you use it (just in case!).
