I will recommand Netfirms or F2S
but both are FTP server so you need a FTP uploader first
Netfirms comes with a FTP tutorial
FTP is faster then uploading with browser but requeres a FTP progrom
doesn;t affect your site, only your uploading method
I got Leap FTP but my free trial will be over soon so I'll have to find a new one
also coffeecup is very useful as a webpage builder
