I have a suggestion for someone who has a lot of experience and equipment (which I don't have) to make a mod. I was thinking along the lines of...say... "new" races. It would be cool to have Drow, Gold Elves, Moon Elves, Wild Elves, Wood Elves, Sea Elves, Hairfoot Halflings, Tallfellow Halflings, Stout Halflings, Shield Dwarves, Gold Dwarves, Wild Dwarves, and Duergar as race choices, but I don't have the stuff to make the mod, and if I did I wouldn't have a clue how to do it. Is it possible?
