yeah, fully rested, ALL spells memorised were usable ...
Im not sure about the lvl 7 and 8 , but i allways noticed this with the 9th lvl spells ... Its kinda irritating when your PI suddenly doesnt have Time-stop anymore, and once he's dead, your real mage does
