I feel for you Bahamut, though we've never met. I too have a huge self-esteem problem. I'm 20 and I've never had a boyfriend, how pathetic am I, right? But now I just think, well it'll happen eventually and in the meantime if you can make yourself happy then that's all that matters. Actually that's all that ever matters because you can't rely on others to make your happiness. And I'm sure you made her feel special, but teenage girls are silly and self-involved, I know, I was one not long ago, they don't think about others too much.
