OK, I know I should have put this in the user created pool put this is where the discussion his lately and I have a feeling that we will get much of it. Also, remember that I'm bringing an international point of view to this.
First, let me say that I'm happily impressed with President Bush performance over the last few days. He has been calm, collected, mature and suprisingly enough, professionnal. Up to this week, my impressions of the President were of an incapable man who only got elected thanks to a name and money. I was expecting him to screw up at the first possible occasion. I must admit, I was wrong -thank God

.
What Mr. Bush has displayed over that last few days is commandable. He trully asserted himself as a world leader - not only by position but also by actions. I must say that I expected a US retaliation by now and, surprinsingly, it has not come. Instead, the President and his advisors have opted for a far more damaging approach towards terrorism. There's now no question in my mind that Mr. Bush not only deserved office, but was the only capable to hold office since his father, Carter, Nixon and Eisenhower before him (just to name the most notable ones since WWII)
Two thumbs up and now to your views on Mr. Bush's approach to this problem.
