Right click on your desktop and go down to new, then make shortcut. Input the command line pointing to where the .exe is to run the game. It will make a shortcut for the game on your desktop. If you rightclick on the shortcut, and go down to properties, you should be able to go to the memory tab and edit the operating environment. You have to forgive me because I don't have a 95-98-me box in front of me so I couldn't tell you exactly.
