Hmm, let's hope this guy was just joking instead of really acting as a mod...
Anyway, isn't there a way to preregister certain usernames in the admin center of the board? I know Ikonboard has it, not sure about UBB.. Else you could always register names as "Administrator" or for what it's worth "God" yourself, Ziroc... Just to make sure no one else is able to take those usernames and abuse them...
