Are you asking what happens with the fortress or what happens if you keep Nalia in your party? If you are asking what happens with the keep, I don't know. If you are asking what happens with Nalia in your party...

My character (swashbuckler/mage) did not take the keep as a stronghold, so I am not sure whether or not the following transpires when one takes charge of the keep...but...Nalia is kidnapped and you must rescue her. The quest is relatively small, but you must incriminate the individual who kidnapped her in order to free her. I don't believe there is a whole lot other than that, unless of course you would like to romance Nalia.
