If by "that" you mean Saradush then "that" is at ToB
If by "that" you mean the robe of Vecna then "that" is available by the collector's cd.It is sold by Deirde in the Adventurers mart.
If by "that" you mean ToB the "that" is the Throne of Bhaal expansion
