Jerome, I am not sure of that... conqering the world is quite a task (I have tried), and the universe will be billions times as hard (there are billions of stars in each galaxy, and billions of galaxys). Also you would have to crack einsteins theory, and the society as we know it would fall to pieces. It would be hell of a cleaning-job to do for the conqerer.
No, keep to one or two planets insted, and be satysfied with that.
