Man.. where to start huh? Well, on July 26th, Readyhosting cut ALL CGI access to my site. No forums, Guestbook, Counters--Nothing...
I had to take care of my Mom, and my Sister from Lexington, KY came down to also help, so that is why it took this long to get back..
But Mom is BACK in the Hospital. Last time, it was 2 Ulcers, NOW she had some fluid on lungs (they drained it) and Pneumonia. Doc says something is swollen in her lung area, and are going to go look tomorrow morning..
She is alert and seems fine, just kinda hurting where they drained the fluid.. but they are catscanning and ultrasounding her, so tests come back tomorrow as well.. I think she'll be ok, shes acting like her self..
She went in this Monday, and may stay over the weekend.. dunno yet, I'll let ya know.
BTW, I just wanted to tell everyone--PLEASE don't think that this crap of 'going down' coming up...'going down' crap is going to be the norm.. it isn't..
I have always run a very tightly run site, and have since 1994. I want you guys to be able to depend on this site BEING up, and lately it hasn't.. Just wanted to let you know, no matter what, this site (meaning the website and forum) will be up until the end of time if I can get away with that (hehe maybe till I'm 80 or so), but we've been here since 1994, and arn't going anywhere. (Many people thought I was taking the forum down)..
Anyway, this new domain name is being hosted by my old friends server (NOT readyhosting) so if there are A-N-Y problems with this site/server I can drive over and kick it around
