I'm not sure if you can make NPCs with this, but there is atleast somethig called Kit Maker or something on TeamBG, under the Basic Customizing-section. If that's not what you want, search through the site, and you'll probably find the right program.

There are also good tutorials there for every downloadable program there. [img]smile.gif[/img]
