Now, this aint really a big tactic for killing him, but get the Daystar.
First, kill the regular Kangaxx-Lich. I assume you dont have much troubles with him as you only asked for help with the Demi-Lich. When he turns into a Demi-Lich, move back. When he starts casting his first deadly spell, Imprisonment or Finger of Death, I believe, cast Sunray with the Daystar. This should interupt his spellcasting, plus bring him to Badly Injured or Near Death. Then, bash at him with all you got, and he should be down with little trouble.
