Hi and Welcome to IW Nima!

Go to Waukeens Promenade and then to Adventurers Mart. buy protection from undead scrolls. Use as many npc's as you have scrolls and have them, indeed with +4 weapons, attack the demi-lich. Make sure you have a VERY low THAC0 for the wielders of the +4 weapons and at least 3 attacks per round. This because the demi-lich regenerates at supernatural rates which makes him hard to beat.
