There will not just be a trial, there will be an inquest into the deaths and inquiries to see what went wrong. What I am asking for is not to judge anyone yet - wait till these things have happened. Witch hunts just make the mess worse.

Thanks Kiwidoc! I am still learning all this stuff. I certainly have not yet judged either way. I am just a bit surprised by the slant of the news reports.
