Dretful slow, actually. During the afternoon hours, if I can get a reload on a page within 3 minutes, I feel like I'm doing good. Often as not it times out.
During the evening hours (forum time) it seems to clear up.
It's not just the forums, either, but the whole Ironworks site. It doesn't matter whether I'm at work or at home on my DSL line.
