You and me both! Hehe! Sorry to hear that you cn´t sleep! I have that alot too!..
I try to meditate lately, thinking that if you canat least get rest you won´t look all that zombielike next morning. Meditating can be really booring sometimes if you are no good at it (read, Wolfie is to distracted to get anything out of this!
) so I try to get out walking or in orst case get styuck on the net chatting with people and see morning outside LOL..
