It is still 50 States still, Washington DC and some of the territories are in the house of represenatives, but they are not voting members nor are the ones who attend the senate.

There is a 101st member

I think that's maybe what is the trick question. If there is a tie, the vice president votes to break it. The Vice President is the President of the Senate too.

2. No idea but Papaul comes to mind, or head of church on earth..or if you meant the actual name, were up to alot of John's
