I find a nice, covered area. Dirt on the floor, and HAY !! "What's a stable doin downtown Austin?" I wonder as I unzip.
RIGHT after I start, a spotilight hits me, and the mounted policeman asks me what I'm doing! I hadn't associated the police-horses with the stable, and , well, you know, couldn't exactly "freeeze". He let me finish, then checked my ID and ran my liscence, then warned me and let me go...

LOL! I believe we all guessed TRUE on your first post...I'll go with FALSE on the second one, seeing as how I am clueless as to whether or not there are mounted police in downtown Austin (I could see it happening though!!!
