As for Gerde and hunting the Ankhegs, I think you just need to kill all the Ankhegs in the area. If you search the entire area you should find at least half a dozen of them. There should be some by the farm and several by the eastern road as well. If that's not enough then you can always go down to the Ankheg cave to fill your quota.
The Priestess of Umberlee, Tenya, can be found in a house on the east side of the bridge in the area north of the Ankheg farm area.
