All the stories in this forum (and the encouraging words for my own!) have inspired me to get out an old story of mine that I loved but was dissatisfied with, and I am now in the process of editing and re-writing it. I am such a lazybones that if it were not for you I would probably never have dug it out - and I think it may be publishable too, 'cos it is not quite in the usual run of Fantasy...
