I have been involved to small extent in TUPE matters, but not for the last 3 years approx. This is a very complex and continually evolving area of the law. My advice would be:-
1) If unionized - see your rep.
2) Try the Citizens Advice Bureau nearest to you.
3) Cultivate a tame lawyer who specialises in Employment Law (this is the cheapest option
)
