- HOW ? Ziroc decides he needs another moderator, and then he decides who would fit better.
- WHEN ? same as above.
- WHY ? at the risk of being repetitive, same as above.
Ziroc wont take any moderator cause anyone is asking. If he needs one, heŽll look for one, otherwise, there is no way heŽll take you or anyone else.
And as someone else said in the other thread, those who seek power usually dont get it
