I dunno, dont think I ever heard of anyone actualy beeing sued over e-mail...

Piracy runs rampant on the internet and even big shot movie, record and game companies cant catch em sometimes. And thats with actual money involved.

Also, call me kooky, but isnt it entirely posible for someone else to be using the nick ziroc? I think it would be pretty self centered to think you are the only one who can lay claim to ever using that name on the entire world wide web.
