My computer at home gives it to me...500 MHz....Hm, what OS are you running? Version, I mean? I've got Win 98 SE at home.

I'm on a crappy NT4 Workstation right now and don't have admin permissions, so there's little I can do to check it.

Try doing a reboot and going into the "setup" screen...F1 or DEL while rebooting does that. It should have some indication of CPU speed there. Also, it often shows it during the POST (Power On Self Test) process, right after it checks the RAM.
