Well as I said earlier Roy is the all time winningest goaltender because hes had MORE opportunities than the other old timers. They played 60 game seaons or even 50 game seasons, and only played best of 3 or best of 5 playoff series in the first and second round. Play 10 years of olny 50 or 60 games per season and youre missing alot (about 200???)of games, not including playoffs.

Bourqe is a great player no doubt about it. unfortunately for him hes always been in a division with more dominant teams. Cam Neeley and Adam Oates werent enough to win a cup in Boston. BTW Cam Neeley is one of the best scorers in NHL History Tallying 50 goals in 40 games>>>>NHL RECORD. But he wasnt enough. Ya surely cant blame a lack of defense in Boston, it was lack of scoring. which is amazing since they did have a group of guys that could dent the twine. but these were also years that Edmonton, the Islanders, Calgary, Pittsburg, Detroit,
The Rangers, Devils, Stars, Leafs, Colorado, and Montreal were the dominant teams.

Bouqe only has one group of people to blame for not winning the cup>>>>>
Bruins team management. They didn get the best possible tean to surround such a great player.... one player does not a team make.

Lindros is a punk. Hey coach???? got an aspirin???? my head hurts!!!! whaaaa

Ask Derian Hatcher how tough he thinks Lindros is. True Lindros can score and is a decent passer. But hes gone soft and cant deal with teams targeting him with their best defensive units.

Will he ever play again???? the word right now is "NO". If the Fliers are willing to take a 7th round conditional draft pick he might have another chance.
Theres no way a team is going to give up a player like Mats Sundin in return for him (which is who the Fliers wanted along with 3 other players and 5 first round draft choices).

Lets face it---- the Fliers sold the farm (literally lost all their farm prospects) in order to acquire Lindros from Quebec for a pile of draft choices, which rebuilt the now Colorado Avalanche. Now the Fliers are trying to recoup the loss and it just will not happen. No team will make that mistake again, at least probably not in our lifetime. and DAMN sure not on Lindros especially now that its questionable as to him EVER playing again.
