If it helps, I noticed that your small portraits have the L at the end, and the large ones have the S at the end. This might be causing people some problems. Also, I noticed that your large portraits are 110 x 171 pixels - I think the game needs it to be 110 x 170. And the small portraits should be 38 x 61 pixels, not 39 x 61. Hope this helps.
