Dude, if Dak'kon Zerth Blade did as you say it did, only one other character can match your casting speed, and that is Demogorgan. You know why?

Dual-wield Dak'kon Zerth Blade: -4 casting time
Robe of Vecna: -4 casting time
Amulet of Power: -1 casting time

Meaning... instantaneous Time-Stops.
