They both cast Time-Stop at the same speed, and note that your F/M cannot make full use of the PRATI tactic( Try summoning 100 Skeletons without resting easily and at any time without the need to rememorise spells).
Essentially, it will be a close fight. See who gets off their Time-Stop first.

And I would like to see a F/M sing a song.
Using Misled and the Improved Bard Song( use the image) and Offensive Spin, a Blade is formidable and invisible.
That said and done, all three are strong, but you got to know what tactics to use with them. None are weak.
