LOL, although they have a point. The music is owned by someone and they could charge for it. However in that case I suppose ppl could start patenting anything. I mean losing royalties over ring-tones? Ha! So if I played a tune from a released song on a guitar and recorded it, I wouldn't be allowed to give it to ppl? LOL.
