First, travel to the Graveyard. There you'll find a man buried alive. Finish his quest, and you are lead to the house of his buriers. Kill them, and go upstairs. There you'll find a cidnapped woman, who will ask who you are etc. Pretend you are one of her cidnappers, and search her room. There you'll find a note. That note should make the rest of the quest simple enough, but remember not to free the woman.
The 'reward' from the quest is the Silver Pantaloons.
